“L’Imbucata: The Party Crasher” is our Organic Falanghina IGT: a vibrant, unconventional wine created to bring a burst of freshness and audacity to the Cantine di Marzo collection. Just like a figure who suddenly enters the scene and changes its course, this Falanghina stands out for its ability to blend the energy of a sun-drenched variety with the rigor of our centuries-old tradition.

Producing L’Imbucata means embracing a philosophy centered on ecological respect. For this wine, we carefully select Organic Falanghina grapes from premier vineyards across the region, cultivated exclusively through natural substances and sustainable agronomic techniques.
By avoiding systemic chemicals, L’Imbucata interprets a form of agriculture that regenerates the earth. It is our promise of purity: an unadulterated wine that reflects a flourishing nature and a constant commitment to environmental sustainability.
Like any exceptional guest, L’Imbucata does not reveal itself to everyone. We have chosen to release this Organic Falanghina in a strictly limited production.

Maria di Marzo and the link to Neapolitan Nobility.
The identity of this wine is rooted in a love story that, a century ago, united two noble houses. The original “Imbucata” (the party crasher) was Maria di Marzo, the woman who left Irpinia for Naples to marry Vincenzo di Somma, 13th Prince of Colle and 14th Marquis of Circello.
Just as this Falanghina “crashes” the ranks of our Greco di Tufo, Maria entered the life of the di Somma family in Naples with elegance and character. That union would later define the destiny of our winery: nearly a century later, her grandson, Ferrante di Somma, would take the reins of the estate, transforming the history of our Historic Cellars forever.
