We are always happy to welcome visitors from all over the world for tours and tastings at our winery. Crossing the threshold of Cantine di Marzo and visiting the places where Greco di Tufo was born is always an unforgettable experience.
Walking through the ancient medieval tunnels carved into the rock, still used today for the vinification and storage of our wines, guests take a true journey through the history of the Di Marzo family (significantly involved in the economic life of the town, including through sulfur mining) and the town of Tufo, as well as the history of winemaking in the province of Avellino.
If you come to visit us, after learning all about how we produce our wines today, we certainly won’t let you go home without tasting the Cantine di Marzo wines.
We’ll describe them to you in every detail, so that, knowing them inside out, you can fully appreciate them.

This Tour includes:
Guided tour of our historic cellars followed by a tasting of three wines from our Premium Line: Fiano di Avellino DOCG, Greco di Tufo DOCG, Irpinia Aglianico DOC, with platters of Irpinia cured meats and cheeses.
Upon request, viewing in English, French, Russian is possible.
Cost: €20 per person
Upon request, it is possible to take a guided tour in English, French, or Russian.

The visit includes: a guided tour of the winery and one of our vineyards*; a tasting of 4 wines: Greco di Tufo DOCG and 3 of our Greco di Tufo Riserva DOCG crus, with samples of local cured meats and cheeses.

This Tour includes:
The visit includes: a guided tour of the winery and one of our vineyards; a vertical tasting of three different vintages of one of our Greco di Tufo Riserva crus.
The tour is accompanied by platters of Irpinia cured meats and cheeses.

* Additional information about our tours:
*We recommend wearing comfortable shoes, and please note that in winter the vineyards may be impassable due to mud. In summer, due to the excessive heat, we recommend additional clothing due to the constant cool and humid temperatures in the winery, especially in winter, and a hat in the vineyards to protect yourself from the sun in summer.
You can add other wines to your tasting at a cost of €5.00 for still wines, €7.00 for a sparkling wine, Taurasi, or Didymos, with a minimum of 2 glasses.
The vineyards are a 5-minute drive from the wineries and can be reached by private transport following our guide. Comfortable shoes are recommended.

Cantine di Marzo is open to the public year-round, except for October (the month of the grape harvest), every day of the week except Sunday.

Cantine di Marzo is located in its historic cellar in Tufo, in the province of Avellino.
Reaching us by car is very convenient.
We are located 20 km from the center of Avellino, 15 km from the Salerno-Avellino ring road, and 12 km from the Avellino Est exit of the A16 Naples-Bari motorway.

The village of Tufo and our winery can also be reached by bus, using the public transport service operated by A.IR. Mobilità.
