Cantine di Marzo, with its 160,000 bottles per year, is now a company capable of making its mark and making itself noticed in the complex and competitive world of wine.
Compared to the big giants, it has an important history and a limited but very well-curated production, which allow it to still be managed with the character of a small family business.
This, however, does not mean that the market is approached superficially and improvised.
The Cantine di Marzo team consists of 15 people,
who share administrative tasks and activities
in the vineyard and in the cellar.

Our men
Every day, as it happened in 1647, the activities take place entirely inside the old medieval caves.
The offices and rooms dedicated to sales and visitor reception are located right next to the winemaking and storage areas. The rooms dedicated to wine production are the same as those used over three centuries ago. The equipment housed, however, to ensure that our ancient native vines can best express all their organoleptic qualities and personality, is among the most modern on the market.
Cantine di Marzo’s production includes 13 different wines: a Greco di Tufo selection, four different types of Greco di Tufo DOCG (4 CRU Riserva), a Greco di Tufo macerated in amphora, a Fiano di Avellino DOCG, an Irpinia Aglianico DOC, a Taurasi DOCG, two Greco di Tufo Spumanti Metodo Classico (including a DOCG Extra Brut and a Brut Nature), a Falanghina and a Greco di Tufo Grappa.
Added to these are the Greco di Tufo DOCG, the Fiano di Avellino DOCG and the Irpinia Aglianico DOC of the “Linea Palazzo”, distributed throughout Italy through some large supermarket chains.
If Cantine di Marzo is recognized worldwide today for the quality of its wines, it is also and above all thanks to Vincenzo Mercurio, the winemaker responsible for all the winemaking decisions made in the vineyard and in the cellar.
